I'm Ayush Bhardwaj — my journey in Dev began in high school, where I first dabbled in PHP and JavaScript. I really enjoy working with technology - taking it apart, figuring out how it works, and then putting it back together better than before.

I am an (AI + Software) Engineer, with experience in infra/DevOps (AWS, GCP). Currently, I work as a Tech Lead at Allos.ai (pharma-tech), where I own Applied AI end to end — from designing multi-agent systems to the ecosystem around them (infra, harnesses, observability, and delivery). Previously, I worked in Applied AI at D. E. Shaw, building agentic AI systems that surface macro signals and actionable market research for traders/researchers. Before that, I had the opportunity to work with Arista Networks, MIT Media Lab, University of New South Wales, and Libero Health.

AI agents, Federated Learning, TinyML, MLOps, finance, healthcare — my interests have always been wide-ranging; if it's tech, it probably excites me. I was a Google Summer of Code '24 contributor at INCF, working on the LORIS (Longitudinal Online Research and Imaging System) project to enhance open-source neuroinformatics tools for the scientific community.
